Inspired by Ancient Tradition, the concept of gathering in circles is often considered ancient and cross-cultural, emphasizing non-hierarchical and non-linear communication. Research has shown that women’s circles can power the feminine, as well as increase creativity, productivity, and well-being. Play it Forward is fostering a new type of feminineness grounded in both affirmative and oppositional forms of emerging feminist consciousness

The Seed of Life is a geometric pattern that can be expanded to form the Flower of Life. The Seed of Life consists of seven interlocking circles, and when multiple Seed of Life patterns are placed in close proximity, their circles overlap and create additional circles, forming the Flower of Life.
